Our approach supports healthy working relationships between property owners, building contractors and other construction professionals. An important part of our role is to facilitate productive and clear communication, with a view to prevent conflict. 

We believe that most difficulties and disputes in renovation contexts can be resolved so that homeowners and building professionals can be satisfied and proud of their successfully accomplished work.

If a dispute does arise in the course of your project, we can provide support to ensure problem-solving discussions are held, with a view to find a constructive solution.
